  • Financial Confidence, All Year Round is an ongoing financial education benefit for employees. It combines live financial education sessions, practical resources and an anonymous channel for employees to ask questions.

    The aim is simple: to help employees feel more confident understanding their money and making informed financial decisions.

  • The programme is designed for businesses that want to offer practical financial education as part of their wider employee benefits and wellbeing offering.

    It can work across a range of industries and employee demographics, with the content adapted to suit your team.

  • I deliver quality educational sessions, as a former financial adviser. These can cover a range of topics, tailored to your needs. I usually suggest around 45 minutes of content and 15 minutes of questions, but can run workshops up to 90 minutes, as well as shorter sessions. These can be delivered in person or online.

  • No. The sessions provide general financial education and information and are not a substitute for regulated financial advice.

    I won't recommend specific financial products or tell employees what they personally should do with their money. The aim is to give people the knowledge and confidence to understand their options and make their own informed decisions. If necessary, I will point them towards free government services or relevant financial professionals if needed.

  • Pricing depends on the size of your organisation, the format of delivery and the level of ongoing support required.
